For 90 years, the Roddick Gates and Clock Tower on Sherbrooke Street West, at the top of McGill College Avenue, have served as the University's main entrance. Along with the Arts Building faรงade directly behind the gates at the end of Graduates' Drive, the Roddick Gates, flanked by sweeping curved colonnades, have iconically represented McGill.
